I am a Soul Care Practitioner, community herbalist, educator, and well-being facilitator. Through Center Sage, I create tea-centered experiences that help individuals, teams, and communities pause, reconnect, and cultivate meaningful practices of care.
My work is shaped by more than seven years in herbalism and wellness, ten years as a corporate engineer, and my current graduate-level studies in Clinical Herbalism. After leaving corporate life in 2024, I began building a practice that bridges practical education with reflection, creativity, ancestral wisdom, and community care.
Through Soul Sessions, workshops, organizational wellness experiences, and gatherings, Center Sage creates welcoming spaces for connection, remembrance, and restoration.
