The Center Sage Experience

Center Sage provides medicine for the soul, centering ancestral plant medicine to connect us to our inner wisdom, allowing us to Center our Sage as our safe space.

Our intention at Center Sage is to create a safe space to learn and evolve as we recenter the most authentic version of ourselves. Through herbal remedies, we can create a more aligned experience with ourselves and our community.

Journey home to yourself. Find your safe space within. Sit, sip, and remember what you didn’t know you forgot.

Center your Sage.

Herbalist &Well Being Facilitator

I am a Spiritual Herbalist & Well-Being Facilitator offering soul-centered herbal experiences for emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

I’ve spent the past 7+ years in the herbal and wellness industry, alongside 10 years as a corporate engineer. I hesitantly decided to leave my corporate job to truly align with community, and I haven’t looked back since (maybe just a little). I previously co-owned Just Be Tea Company, an herbal tea & wellness business, opening the doorway toward Center Sage.

As I stumbled through my own spiritual journey, I found myself on a very old path with a new set of eyes. Each of us have a very unique walk; I’ve learned my walk is best alongside good people, my plant allies, and led by the wisdom of my Ancestors. During that time, I began to understand how under resourced our communities actually were but in a very different way. With so many modern demands, we’ve subtly been disconnected from the soul of our experience for far too long.

Through personalized sessions, workshops, and carefully curated care packages, I support individuals looking to center their inner sage and reconnect to their authentic selves.

I am deeply grateful for the wisdom that has led me here, and it’s my intention to share the knowledge and experiences I’ve gathered to help others accept and align with the truest version of themselves.

Let me make you a cup of tea.
