I will spend 30 minutes getting to know you and you’ll share whatever you’d like (favorites, current joys and disappointments, childhood memories, typical care go to’s, etc).
Creative Flow (Building)
The next step will be the building process. I’ll use my herbal expertise, creativity and experience to create you a customized soul care kit. This kit is not limited to herbal support but expands to meet you where you are!
Re-Connect (Breakdown)
We’ll then come back together for 15 minutes to break down how to use your soul care kit. We can walk through tutorials or any explanations. Additional resources may be provided to support your soul’s journey
Replenish or Revamp (Continued Support)
